Heart Healthy Pancake (one 4 inch)

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp egg white, from 2 large eggsMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Walnuts, 1/4 cup, ground **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup*Splenda, 1 tsp or 2 packets1 tbl extra light olive oil for cooking
Directions
Measure all the ingredients ,except the oil, into a large bowl and mix well. Heat the oil in a skillet or griddle. Use a 1/4 cup measure for each pancake. You will get seven 4 inch pancakes. Serve with your favorite syrup, jelly, or jam.
