Cherry Layered Salad

Ingredients
1 c boiling water1 3 oz lemon flavored jell-o gelatin1 3 oz cream cheese, softened1 tsp grated lemon peel1 envelope of unflavored gelatin2 tbls lemon juice1/2 c boiling water1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Directions
Pour 1 cup boiling water on lemon flavored gelatin in 2 1/2 qt bowl; stir until gelatin has dissolved. Beat in cream cheese and lemon peel on med speed until smooth.Pour into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate until firm; about 1 1/2 hrs.

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin on lemon juice in 1 1/2 qt bowl to soften; stir in 1/2 cup of boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cinnamon and pie filling; pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerat until firm; unmold. Garnish with salad greens if desired.
