Ingredients
1 C Wheat Flour1 C All Purpose Flour2 Tbsp Splenda1/4 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Baking Powder1/2 C Egg Beaters6 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread (melted)
Directions
1. Sift together the flours, splenda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Mix the egg beaters and the milk. Then add this mixture slowly into the flour mixture until it is smooth.
3. Add the melted Spread.

    When I mixed in the wet ingredients, it just became one big clump! It probably doesn't need two whole cups of flour. I had to add some things like milk in order to make it smoother, but it didn't help much. Please check your recipe before you post it! - 8/28/08
