Ingredients

1 Knorr Hollandaise sauce1 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup light stick margarine5 whole eggs meduim5egg whites from meduim eggs5 thomas multi grain english muffin10 slices budding heart healthy ham (or any ham using 6 slices per svg at 60 calories)
Heat sauce pan and combine milk and packet stir and add butter sitr until creamy and thick
while sauce simmers slowly toast muffins
beat eggs with a little water season with black pepper if like and cook soft using cooking spray
heat ham to your liking ( i pan fry mine)
assemble:
english muffin
divide egg among muffins
3 slices ham
1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
