Layered Cabbage Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 Head Cabbage(about3 #) 2-3 Tablespoons Salad Oil 3/4 Teaspoon Salt 1# Lean Ground Beef 8 Ounce Mozzarella Cheese 1 Small Onion1 - 32 Ounce Spaghetti Sauce 1 Cup Water1/4 Cup Minute Rice, Uncooked
Directions

Coarsley shred cabbage and cook in frying pan with oil and salt until tender. Fry ground beef with onion; drain any grease from the pan: add spaghetti sauce and water. Heat until bubbling.

Layer 1/2 of each in a 13 x 9 pan; cabbage, sauce and rice. Sprinkle with cheese and
repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
