Ingredients
3 Potatoes 1 large onion1 green pepper10 cloves garlicspices to taste, i use basil, dill, and turmeric.
Directions
chop potato, onion, pepper, garlic, add to hot oil and add spices and stir fry until potatos are soft.

    I did this but baked it in the oven at 425 for 35 minutes then broiled it for 10 minutes at 500. - 5/3/09

    My Only Concern is that it is fried Using HOT OIL... and its not calculated into the recipe.

    sorry i forgot, i will recalculate it, if you use nonstick ccokware, you need not add much oil. i generally use 1 -2 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive, or organic virgin coconut.
