Cranberry Spice Biscotti

2 cups sugar1 stick softened margarine (1 cup)1 cup vanilla yogurt1 tsp vanilla4 eggs6 cups flour6 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cloves1/4 tsp nutmeg1 cup craisins (dried cranberry)1 tsp orange zest
*Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 large cookie sheets
*Beat sugar and butter in large bowl with mixer at medium speed (or mix with spoon). Beat in yogurt, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
*Divide dough in 4ths. Shape each into 10X3 inch rectangle on cookie sheets. (use greased hands - dough will be sticky)
*Bake 25 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
*Cool on cookie sheet 15 minutes
*Cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices.
*Turn slices cut side down on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes (or until golden brown and dry on top).
*Turn cookies and bake 10 minutes longer (or until golden brown).
**Makes about 80 cookies.
Note: Do not use self-rising flour
