Roasted Garlic Chicken Legs with Herbs

Ingredients
2 tsp minced garlic1 cup baby carrots4 gold potatoes, cubed1.5 tbsp olive oil6 chicken legs, skin removed1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp dried rosemary1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine carrots, potatoes, garlic and olive oil. Coat thoroughly and put in pan.
4. Sprinkle chicken with salt, thyme, rosemary and pepper; place in pan with garlic mixture.
5. Pour broth into pan, bake, tightly covered for one hour or until chicken is cooked through.
