Mushroom Creamed Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 lb pork chops 1 packet onion soup mix1 can healthy cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup water1 cup mushroom sliced or cut into pieces1 tblsp garlic powder1 tblsp black pepper
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Spray baking dish with cooking spray set aside
season pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper sprinkle with onion soup mix cover with aluminum and bake 20 minutes remove from oven add mushroom slices and return to oven an additional 10 minutes remove again and combine water and canned soup pour pork chops and mushroom return to oven and continue cooking 10-15 minutes
remove and check for doneness (mine at this time are tender and cooked
serve 3 oz pork with some of the sauce
