2 large sweet potato1 lb ground beef1/2 cup corn1/2 cup peas1/2 cup onion1 can cream of mushroom soupnutmegsalt pepperbuttermilk
Bake sweet potato or boil on the stovetop. Once cooked,mash and add butter, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. On the stove, cook the ground beef and onion. Season to taste. Then add the corn, peas and soup. Put the meat mixture in a pan( I use 8x8) and top with the sweet potato. Bake at 350' for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6 servings
