1 1/4 lb ground turkey1 cup grated zucchini3/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 large egg1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powderGlaze:1/4 peach preserves4 tsp dijon mustard

Mix everything except preserves and mustard.
Put mixture on flat edged pan in loaf shape.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
Top with mixed preserves and mustard and bake for 15 min more.
