Fresh Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
2 cups fresh Roma tomatoes, diced2 cups fresh tomato juice1/2 cup nonfat milk2 ounces fat free cream cheese1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepperOptional:1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Put tomatoes and juice in a medium pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Add garlic if using.
Add milk, cream cheese, basil, salt and pepper cook for 5 minutes using whisk to blend in cream cheese.
