Sarah's Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
0.5 c whole wheat flour3 Tbsp wheat germ0.5 c skim milk1 egg white1 tsp baking powder1 banana mashed (0.5 cup)
Directions
Easy....Combine wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine. Use nonstick spray on a skillet and cook over med heat, watch closely, each side takes only 2 min. This recipe is for two servings of 2 small pancakes each. Enjoy!
