Chicken & Salsa Tortilla (homemade)

Ingredients
Flour Tortillas, 2 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces cooked & chopped or shreddedKraft Mexican style Taco cheese 1/4 cup, 2 serving **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tspSalsa, .25 cup Iceberg Lettuce, .5 cup, shredded or chopped Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
Directions
For each tortilla put 1/2 of chopped chicken breast. Top with 1/8 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle 1 tsp. flax seed on top. Roll up and place side by side in a shallow microwave dish. Cover with the rest of the cheese and the salsa. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Turn 1/2 way during cooking time. Put onto a serving plate and top with the shredded lettuce and sour cream.
