2 cups minute rice1 10 oz can mexican style diced tomatoeswater ( added to can tomatoes to make 2 cups1 tsp black pepper2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
open can diced tomatoes and pour into 2 cup measuring cup add enough water to total 2 cups add to sauce pan and bring to boil once boiling add rice and mix shut off heat and put lid on let sit 5 minutes

season with garlic and black pepper to your taste
