Blackened Tilapia Fillets

2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp Morton lite salt1/4 tsp black pepper6 tilapia fillets (4-5 oz each)2 tbsp olive oil
Blend paprika, oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
Pat fish dry with paper towels, then rub spice mixture into both sides of fish.
Heat oil (or use cooking spray if you want to reduce the calories even more) in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fillets and cook 4 minutes. Carefully flip over with a large spatula and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until cooked through & fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
