Ingredients
3 skinless boneless chicken breasts1 cup low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup rice vinegar1 red onion, slicedsavory, pepper and garlic powder
Directions
preheat overn to 450, coat casserole dish w/ pam or olive oil spray.
place sliced onion in casserole dish, place chicken on top of onion, reserving a few slices to place on top of chicken. Pour in low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar..season w/ garlic powder, savory and pepper. cover and cook for one hour.
