Banana Bread (Baked 10/15/08)

1.5 c. flour3/4c. Equal* 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder* 1 teaspoon baking soda* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamonunder1c. mashed=2sm= 185g banana (called for just 1c. mashed).25c. applesauce, unsweetened2 lg. egg whites
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix Dry. Mix Wet. Add Wet to Dry and stir.
3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top springs back when lightly touched. Allow to cool in the pan over a wire rack for a little while before tapping them out of the pan.
Makes 1 loaf (??g, "X"X", 8 servings in 1" slices)
