Ingredients
3 lb of eye of round2 lb bag of baby carrots7 med red potatoes2 envelops Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix4 cups water
Directions
Put frozen roast in slow cooker
add onion soup mix and water
put on hign in slow cooker for 6 hours
add carrots and potatoes cook for additional 2 hours.
The longer the eye of roast cooks the more tender the meat. 2 cup serving size makes 12 servings

    Used a 2lb defrosted eye round roast and cooked with half the water and one packet of onion soup mix for two hours. Then added the potatoes and carrots (I used the rest of my bag of baby carrots) and cooked for another 2 - 2/1/2 hours. This was great for the chilly cold night - will make again! - 11/12/09
