4 oz. low fat or no fat cream cheese5 tsp. diet oleo, melted10 oz. cubed chicken, cooked1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepperCouple sprinkles of sage or poultry seasoning2 tbsp. skim milk1 tbsp. onion or chives2 tsp. finely chopped green or red pepper1 tbsp. pimento8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls.1 oz. seasoned croutons, crushed3 tsp. diet oleo, meltedBlend cream cheese and 5 tsp. oleo. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture into center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top and seal. Brush with the 2 tsp. diet oleo and dip in crouton crumbs. Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes.Serves 4
