Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/2 pound of boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins1 16 oz. pkg of Broccoli Stir-Fry (the Great Value brand is from Walmart)Seasonings like ginger, paprika, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder to taste--it barely effects the calories, so don't worry too much except the salt!
Directions
1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
2. Saute on high with a tiny bit of cooking spray until the outside is not longer pink.
3. Add broccoli mix and seasonings, then cover. Let simmer for a few minutes.
4. Stir and lower head to medium.
5. Stir occasionally for approximately 15 minutes. I prefer the veggies to be crisp, but it's personal taste! Enjoy!
