Vegetarian Chili ~ Suzy's

Ingredients
1-cup of dry "beef" flavored TVP granules1-cup of boiling water2-cans of pinto beans1-can of corn1-can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos2-small cans of tomato sauce1-pkt of chili seasoning1-pkt of taco seasoning
Directions
(1) Reconstitute the TVP granules with the boiling water by pouring the water over the TVP and letting sit for about 10-minutes.
(2) Meanwhile, in a good size pot combine the beans, tomatoes, and corn.
(3) Stir in the seasoning packets.
(4) Stir in the reconstituted TVP grandules.
(5) Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer.
(6) Simmer for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld together.
(7) Serve with some grated cheese on top or sour cream (not included in the nutrition) and enjoy!
