1 Cup - Pure Pumpkin1 T. - Pumkin pie spice1 T. - Splenda 4 oz.- FF cream cheese1/4 Cup - FF sour creamFor Dipping:10 Gingersnap Cookies, broken in pieces2 oz. Fat Free Pretzels2 sheets graham crackers
Put all ingredients in the crockpot (cream cheese, sour cream then pumpkin mixed with splenda and spice). Cook on high 1 hour or low 2 hours. This works best with a mini-crockpot or a oven safe dish inside of a regular crockpot.
