3 cups shredded green cabbage (add some red cabbage if desired)1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple Onion Onion1/3 cup Kraft Lite mayonnaise1 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. Splenda1/4 tsp. salt
Shred cabbage. Add to mixing bowl. In another container, mix remaining ingredients, stirring until almost smooth (some diet mayos get lumpy when vinegar is added, this is OK).
Pour dressing mix over cabbage, stir till well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
