1 boneless skinless chicken breat (4 oz)lemon juice (2 TBSP)garlic salt (to taste)black pepper (to taste)
If using a grill marinate chicken in lemon juice for at least an hour before cooking, season chicken and stick it on the grill. If using the stove pour lemon juice in frying pan add chicken and season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on med-high for 10-15 minutes and turn over and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Make sure to cook the chicken through completely. Serves 1.
