Spaghetti Pizza Bake

Ingredients
1 16 oz pkg. spaghetti broken 3 times (cook without salt or oil, drain and cool)1/2 C. egg substitute, lightly beaten3/4 C. Skim Milk4 C. fat free mozzarella cheese, divided1/2 tsp salt (optional)4 C fat free spaghetti sauce1 1/2 tsp. oregano1 (3-1/2 oz) pkg. hormel turkey pepperoni slices...reduced fat
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Coat 15X10 inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Combine egg, milk, 1C of the cheese, and salt in a large bowl. Toss in spaghetti and stir well making sure all pieces are coated. Pour into pan. Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle oregano and remaining cheese over sauce. Arrange pepperoni slices on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8 slices.
