2 lbs Ground Beef - 93% Lean4 Cups Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice1 Can (14 oz) Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce1 Can (14 oz) Beef Broth (lower sodium fat free)2 Cloves Garlic - minced2 Tsp Onion Powder2 Tsp Salt (or salt to taste)2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
Cook Rice (I use 2 bags Success Rice)
Brown Ground Beef in Large skillet (Drain)
Add Remaining Ingredients (except for rice) Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the rice and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, (or until liquid is absorbed), stir occasionally.
Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving
