1 pound Pork roast, boneless2 tablespoons ground Oregano1/2 teaspoon Salt1/4 black pepper, or to tasteWater
Directions
Cover bottom of slow cooker with approx 1/4 inch of water.

Add pork roast, season with oregano, salt and pepper.

Cook on low, 6-8 hours.
