Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 pound bag of o'brian potatoes1 cup onion chopped1 cup celery chopped1 cup carrot chopped2 cans condensed cream of potato soup 1.5 cups half & half2 cups lean ham
Directions
place the potatoes and the next 2 ingredients in a crock pot cook for 4 hours add the soup & ham cook for another 4 hours on low 1/2 hour before serving add the half & half serve.
