Cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 medium - large Onions, chopped 2 Carrots, chopped1 red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces1 Green Peppers cut into bite size pieces4 cloves Garlicchopped Parsley, as desired1 low sodium bouillion cube 2 stalks Celery, chopped1 Chili Peppers, if desiredWater, enough to fill a large stock potCabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium 3-4 large tomatos
Directions
Chop everything into bite size pieces. Add to stock pot. Toss in bouillion cube, cover with water and boil for about 2-3 hours until everything is cooked.
Should make lots of 1 cup servings
