Shelley's Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes4 cloves roasted garlic1 cup chicken broth4 pats butter1/2 cup skim milk1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper2 grams Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Directions
While you are roasting the cloves of garlic, prepare the potatoes (peel and cube) and put in a large pot of 2 cups water and 1 cup chicken broth to boil. When potatoes are tender, drain and add milk and butter. Cream together. Mince roasted garlic and add to mixture. Mix in seasonings.

Makes roughly four 1/2 cup servings.
