Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup white sugar3/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup chopped cranberries1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 egg2 Tbsp canola oil3/4 cup orange juice1 Tbsp orange zest
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the cranberries and walnuts, and stir to coat with flour. Mix together the egg, oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
3. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack, and cool completely.

Makes 12 servings.
