Egg-Free Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 med. very ripe banana1-1/8 c. milk of your choice (including vegan)1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. all purpose flour1-1/2 t. baking powder1 t. sugar1/2 t. saltcanola oil for cooking
Directions
Mash banana and mix in milk in a medium bowl. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into wet, just until well-combined. Cook by 1/4 cupfuls on a lightly oiled, 350* griddle. Makes 10 pancakes. Serves ~2.
