Meat Loaf with wine sauce (PK)

2 lbs. ground beef2 slices of weight watchers wheat bread88 grams of green pepper chopped46 grams of chopped onion6 olives stuffed olives chopped4 tbsp. catsup1 tbs. mustard4 large eggs1 tsp. salt1 tsp. garlic powderpepper to taste1 can 10 3/4 oz. mushroom soup1 can 10 3/4 oz. red wine
On large bowl mix all ingredients but soup and wine.
Place mixture into a 13x9' baking dish. (shape into meat loaf)
Mix soup and wine together to make a sauce. Pour all over meat loaf. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375, remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Makes 8 - 4 oz. servings.
Serve with white rice.
