Chicken Kabab (Sheesh Tawook)

2 Boneless chicken breasts3 Garlic cloves choped1 tbsp Olive oile (optional)1 tblsp Honey mustard2 tbsp Cider vinegar2 tbsp fat free plain yogurtSpices as desired : salt - black pepperHalf medium sized bell pepper (Green Pepper)1 Medium sized onion (optional)
1- cut the chicken breast into cubes
2- in a bowl, ombine very well the spices, vinegar, yogurt, garlic, olive oil and mustard
3- add the chicken, mix it well and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least one hour or better overnight
4- cut the green pepper and the onion into cubes.
5- Skewer the chicken, green pepper, onion and grill over charcoal or in the oven until desired tenderness.
