Turkey Veg Chili

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 1 lbSalt and Pepper to taste1 small white onion chopped1 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced green pepper3 cups shredded cabbage1 cup chopped carrots1 tsp minced garlic1 can fat free broth1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies2 cups tomato sauce2 T chili powder1 T cumin1 t oregano1 can great northern beans1 can chili beansTomato juice 46 oz
Directions
Brown turkey with salt and pepper to taste.
Add onion, celery, garlic, green pepper, carrots, cabbage, chili powder, cumin, oregano and fat free broth simmer down and then add can of diced tomatoes and cook until vegetables are tender. Add chili beans, northern beans, tomato sauce and tomato juice. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
