Pure Veggie soup

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)*Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Spray bottom of large soup pot with Pam. Chop all veggies and add to pot . Cook on low stirring oftern to release the flavors and water in the veggies. 20-30 min. Add whatever spices you choose to taste you can do anything with this recipe ! Add Chicken broth and simmer on low 3-4 hrs or until carrots are soft.
One pot makes 10-12 servings.
