Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 chicken breast, skin on, bone in2 tablespoons olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Massage chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast uncovered in oven 1 to 1.25 hours.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
