    Used only about 1/2 the butter and 1/2 whole-wheat flour. This is one muffin recipe that needs to be well-stirred. I portioned it into 12 jumbo paper muffin liners and cooked 20 minutes. The tastiest squash muffin recipe I have ever made, bar none! Thanks for sharing! - 5/1/11
