1 scoop of protein powder1 cup of unsweetened chocolate almond milk1/2 banana
Directions
Add everything to a blender and blend.


I categorized this as vegan because I eat a vegan diet and use and rice/pea blend protein powder (110cal, 24g protein), but you could obviously use anything, soy, whey, hemp, etc.
