Israeli Salad (Tomato Cucumber Salad)

Ingredients
3 cups Roma Tomatos, Chopped to 3/4" pcs 3 cups Cucumber Skinned and Seeded, chopped to 3/4" pcs2 cups Green Peppers, Chopped to 3/4" pcs2 cups Onions (White Onions) Chopped1 Tbsp Canola Oil 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice2-3 Tbsp Garlic Powder1-1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)1 tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Cut the cucumbers in half length wise and scoop out the seeds. Peel the skin off. Cut to bite size pieces. Takes about 2 med cucumbers. Chop the rest of the veges to bite size pieces and mix together. Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. This will taste best if allowed to sit for awhile. Taste before serving to adjust the seasonings. Makes about 10 one cup servings.
