Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced, skins and seeds removedOnions, raw, 2.5 cup, choppedGreen, Yellow or Red Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, choppedJalapeno Peppers, 6 pepper (HOT - 10 peppers)Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepperGarlic, 6 clovesCumin, ground, 2 tspPepper, black, 2 tspCanning Salt, 1/8 cupCilantro, dried, 1/4 cupGranulated Sugar, 1/4 cupCider Vinegar, 1 cupTomato Sauce, 2 cupTomato Paste, 1 cup
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized pint canning jars. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
