Fresh Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
1 medium coconut1 bunch cilantro8-10 jalapeno peppers (or to taste)1 tbsp urad dal1 tbsp chana dal0.25 cup tamarind pulp1/2 tsp canola oil1/2 tsp black mustard seeds1/2 tsp hing
Directions
Crack the coconut and cut the meat into small pieces and set aside. In a pan heat the oil, crackle the mustard seeds, add chana dal urad dal, roast for a min. Add the cocunut, cilantro, green chillis, salt and toss for a minute or so. Add the tamarind. Let it cool and grind to a fine paste.
