Ricotta Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
4 oz Fat-free Ricotta1/2 dry pkg, Jello SF Cheesecake Pudding1 Cup Non-fat Milk1/2 Cup Cool Whip FREE2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, halved4 tsp Splenda
Directions
Wash and halve fresh strawberries into a bowl. Add 4 tsp Splenda and mix lightly. Set aside.

In a blender, add:
4 oz Fat-free Ricotta
1/2 dry pkg, Jello SF Cheesecake Pudding
1 Cup Non-fat Milk

Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into clean bowl and add Cool Whip FREE. Fold gently.

Spoon a little pudding mixture into pudding dish, add a couple strawberries, keep layering until you've used 1/4 of the pudding mix per serving. Top with remaining strawberries.

Enjoy!

    I apologize...I did leave the non-fat milk out of the calculations, which accounted for an additional 21 calories...... what else did I miss?
