SMOKY CATFISH

Ingredients
1 lb. catfish fillets2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. light soy sauce1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 400 F. Spray 11 x 7 baking dish. Cut fillets into 4 pieces. Arrange in baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; brush over fish.
Cover and refrigerate 30 min. (I didn't)
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
