Ingredients
1 TBSP Lemon Juice1/2 TBSP of HoneyDash of Ginger
Directions
Add all ingredients to 16 oz of boiling water. Stir and enjoy. Can be made without the ginger. Some claim this is an excellent digestive tonic. The lemon juice contains vitamin c and if you use local honey its supposed to reduce the effects of allergens found in your area.
