Banana Bread

Ingredients
* 3 bananas* 200 g applesauce* 250 g flour* 2 tsp cinnamon* 1 tsp nutmeg* 2 tsp baking powder* 1 tbsp olive oil* 60 g walnuts* 1/8 l water
Directions
Mash bananas and mix it with applesauce and olive oil. Preheat oven at 200 C then add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and flour to the mix. Then add water until right consistency. Lastly add walnuts. Stir well then put batter into a sprayed bread form and bake at 175 C for 45-60 min until well done - you can check the bread with a toothpick to know if it is done. Let the bread cool down before taking it out of the form. Cut bread into nice pieces - around 10-15 depending on thickness.
