Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 C banana, mashed1 T Maple Syrup1/2 t Vanilla Extract1 C Rolled Oats1/4 C Wheat Flour2 T Mixed Chopped Nuts (or whatever kind of nuts you want!)1 1/2 t Basking Soda1/2 T Ground Cinnamon1/4 Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix banana, maple syrup and vanilla in a medium sized bowl. Mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredient mix to banana mix and stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Shape dough into approx. 2 inch diameter cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Makes 12, 2 inch cookies.
