Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients
1 4lb pound pork shoulder roast6 garlic cloves, cut in half.1 pkg Liptons Onion Soup Mix1/2 cup good Red Wine2 cups Water1 10oz can no slat added Mushrooms, drained
Directions
Stab 12 holes in pork roast with a small knife, and insert garlic 1/2 of a garlic clove in each.
Place pork roast in slow cooker cooker.
Put mushrooms on top of roast.
In small bowl, combine water, soup mix and wine. Pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
Serve with potatoes and veggies (not calculated into nutritional value of this recipe)
Note: If you would like, once the roast is done and removed from slow cooker, add a little corn starch to the gravy and turn up to high for a few moments in order for it to thicken up.
