Bircher Muesli (apple, berry and almond with vanilla)

* Apples, fresh, 5.00 medium * Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 5.00 cup, measured unthawed * Almonds, 0.50 cup, whole * Porridge oats, scotch style, dry, 450.00 grams * Horley's Sculpt Vanilla (powder only) 10 scoops, (125.00 grams) * Anchor Xtra Calcium Boost milk, 625.00 mL * Pam's Sultanas, 50.00 gram(s)
1. Crush, grind, or finely chop the almonds
2. Place oats, berries, sultanas, almonds into a bowl.
3. Shake the Sculpt powder with the milk
4. Combine Sculpt mixture with the oat mixture
5. Cover and refridgerate overnight
6. Before serving (or after soaking), grate the apples (or remove core and finely dice) and mix into the muesli.
Makes 8 servings of approximately 1 cup.
Serve on its own or with fat free yoghurt (greek style is nice) and more fresh fruit. if desired. You could also drizzle on some honey.
